The Lifeblood

I began Green Canopy 15-years ago because I was seeking alignment in my life. I had skills and expertise in construction and banking but wanted to make a positive contribution toward our local, regional, and national environmental and social challenges. Aligning my professional skill sets alongside a community of dedicated people to help regenerate communities and environments at Green Canopy has been one of the most rewarding endeavors in my life; I am grateful.

Launching Cambia Capital with Andy Wolverton and Susan Fairchild lights up my mind and makes my heart swell with excitement as we seek to increase the positive impact ripples that began with Green Canopy 15-years ago. As Green Canopy continues its rippling waves of positive impact with me as a Board Director and not the CEO, I am excited to increase my impact beyond the company and narrow my focus on raising and deploying capital into high impact and transformative real estate projects at greater scale with Cambia Capital.

I once heard the best way to herd cats is to move the milk. Capital is the milk and lifeblood of a real estate industry in need of transformation. If I can participate in raising more capital for real estate projects that are transformational in nature, more of the cool cats of real estate will align to high impact, transformative projects.
